Delivery can take up to 16 business days depending on the destination country.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

    How do I track my package?

    As soon as tracking is available for your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. All packages will be delivered by your national postal service (USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail etc.)

    What do I do if my package was delivered to the wrong address?

    Where do you ship from?

    All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Asia. We also have plans to establish partnerships with local fulfillment centers in the USA and Europe.
